What Our Patients Say ?
Judy Barefield
I am a retired consultant that worked in the health care industry. I have to say that in my travels around the US to many hospitals and physicians offices this one was the most friendly and efficient office I have encountered.
From Sherry who scheduled me to Ashley who saw me and the individual who checked me in and out all were fantastic. I have never had such a pleasant encounter and I know that I am in good hands as we walk through resolving my current health issue.

When I say this office saved my life iam not joking!:Ashley Peace and her ream are amazing. Nothing would help my diabetes no medicine nothing all the other andro I have seen in the past never gave a care until I found this place
and I'm beyond happy I did! They all care about their patients we aren't just a number to them they actually listen to you and hear how you feel, I never feel rushed or unwanted in the office I feel lived and cared for. Thanks to all of you for saving my life in so many ways.

I have been coming here for over 10 years. The staff is fantastic - especially Ashley. My experience here is A+. I am a happy patient. The facility is extremely clean. The staff is so friendly and caring. I highly recommend It.

I've been going to Lakeside Endocrine Associates for a little over 2 years. From the start you're greeted by kind and caring staff. From P.A.'s, prescription refills, angry pharmacist and uncaring insurance companies they are on top of things to make sure I am able to handle this never ending battle being diabetic.
Chris, Lori, Shelly, and Dr. Kohler are amazing. With my busy schedule and not being able to get days off of work they accommodate and even do online appointments if necessary. They are truly one of the best offices that I've been treated by and that says a lot coming from someone who was a patient at Nemours and U.F. Health. It's worth the drive and I recommend them to any diabetic that I meet who doesn't have a Endo.

These people are so caring and professional that I feel blessed that they are taking care of me. They are just a message away and they will find time to talk to you and answer questions about your treatment. I highly recommend them to everyone
I was scared because I have myasthenia Gravis and heart issues. They have made me feel confident and comfortable. They have earned my trust and confidence in them. I feel blessed to have such an amazing team taking care of my diabetes. They truly are a blessing. Thank everyone who works there. God bless you all

If you have thyroid issues and your primary doctor is treating you and you still don't feel like you should or want then it's time to see an endocrinologist! Lakeside saved my life! After my first visit years ago I found out my thyroid was still way off and I was on the wrong kind of medication for 20 years!!
They have always been very accommodating for me and always pleasant! And the best thing is they listen to you not look through you and tell you your OK!! I want to thank everyone at Lakeside for all you do for me!!

My wife has had a severe problem with diabetes Doctor that she has been seeing have been unwilling to work with her. Being a new patient i was skeptical, upon arrival everyone was waring masks.
Eddie at the check in had my new patient info ready and was called in b4 i could even finish filling out the paperwork Lori took control of the situation when I informed her what exactly was going on Dr Kohler showed compassion and understanding to the situation. THIS is how all doctors should be. God bless you all.on the way out Shelley was most pleasant as she scheduled her next appointment. I Highly recommend for diabetics

Lakeside endocrine associates. ..this place gets it DONE. As a diabetic for around 13 years I've shuffled through many doctors offices to get my insulin(life medicine). They always greet me pleasantly, see me fast, unless they are jam packed in which case I tune out to the sound of nature channel or house remodeling.
The nurses are REAL, friendly, and precise with any updates and testing that needs to be done before seeing the the doctor. The doctor listens to my woes, makes any needed adjustments, and sends my scripts with haste. As a diabetic you are responsible for your own health, but thier recommendations make that easy. After the doctor they will bend bridges over at scheduling to get you seen at a time that will work for you making checkout a breeze. Doctor visits stink but Lakeside endocrine is just different.
